IronValley is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction through a hassle free product support process. Our policies are designed to make returns and exchanges clear, fair, and transparent. Please review the guidelines below before submitting a claim.
Return Policy for Damaged or Incorrect Products
Customers may request a return only if the delivered item is damaged, defective, or not the correct product.
To qualify, you must notify IronValley within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the product and provide clear photo or video evidence of the issue.
Once the claim is reviewed and approved, IronValley will offer either:
- A replacement of the product, or
- A refund if a replacement is not available.
Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange within 3 days of delivery. The product must remain unused, sealed, and in its original condition and packaging.
Exchange Options:
Exchange at the IronValley physical store, or
Exchange through online courier service. Courier charges for sending the product are the responsibility of the customer.
Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return or exchange.
Refund Policy
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are issued only under specific conditions. Customers may qualify for a refund if a damaged or incorrect product has been delivered and a replacement is not available. Refunds are also issued if advance payment has been made and the order cannot be fulfilled due to stock or logistical limitations. All approved refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during the original transaction.
