IronValley aims to provide a smooth and transparent ordering experience for every customer. Our policies outline order confirmation, delivery timelines, payment options, and customer responsibilities. Please review the following guidelines carefully before placing an order.

Order Policy

Cash on Delivery
IronValley follows a full Cash on Delivery model for regular purchases. Customers are required to make payment only after receiving their product.

Same Day Delivery
Same day delivery is offered under special circumstances. To request this service, the customer must contact our manager on WhatsApp. Full advance payment is required for same day requests. Delivery charges for this service will be higher than standard rates and depend on distance, product weight, and courier availability. The manager will confirm the exact cost before dispatch.

Order Confirmation
Orders are confirmed after verifying product availability and customer details. Any order containing incomplete or unverifiable information may be cancelled. For high value or bulk purchases, IronValley may request a small advance to confirm the order.

Dispatch and Tracking
Orders are dispatched only after customer confirmation. Tracking or courier details will be provided whenever available.

Delivery Policy

Standard Delivery Duration
Inside Dhaka requires approximately one to two days. Outside Dhaka requires approximately two to three days. Delays may occur due to courier workload, weather conditions, or other unavoidable circumstances.

Delivery Charges
Standard Items:
Inside Dhaka: 100 Taka
Outside Dhaka: 150 Taka

Large or Heavy Items (5lb tubs, 1kg+ products):
Inside Dhaka: 200 Taka
Outside Dhaka: 300 Taka

Bulk Orders:
Charges for bulk or multi item shipments will vary depending on total weight. Our staff will confirm the final delivery cost before dispatch.

Customers may complete their purchase using any of the following methods:

  3. Bank transfer upon special request

Every product sold by IronValley is 100 percent authentic. We do not deal with counterfeit products, tampered packaging, re sealed containers, or refilled tubs. All manufacturing and expiry labels remain intact and visible, along with batch numbers for verification. Customers are encouraged to inspect packaging and labeling after delivery. If any authenticity concern arises, our support team will review and resolve the matter promptly.
